We start every first meeting the same way: learning about your operation before showing you anything. Team size, job mix, current systems, biggest pain points. That first 15–20 minutes shapes everything that follows — we tailor the demo to your workflow, not to a generic slide deck.

Then we show you the platform. All of it, at your pace. Plan for 90 minutes to two hours — there's a lot to see, and we stop whenever you want to go deeper. If ExhibitPower isn't the right fit, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather lose a prospect than set up a customer for failure.

Proposal & Agreement

Based on your team size and requirements, we put together a clear proposal — your tier, your user count, your monthly cost, and exactly what's included. No hidden implementation fees buried in footnotes. No "platform onboarding surcharges."

Our Master Service Agreement, EULA, and Privacy Policy are all available before you sign. We encourage you to read them — they're written in plain language, not legalese designed to obscure. Once you're ready, we countersign and your account is provisioned within 24 hours.

We'll send you a clear data template — what we need, in what format, with what level of completeness. The more organized your current data, the faster we move. The less organized it is, the more honest that conversation needs to be upfront.
