Yes — every plan includes every module. We don't have feature tiers, module add-ons, or premium upgrades. The only variable is your user count. You're paying for capacity, not features.

Internal users are your employees and contractors who work inside the system — salespeople, project managers, designers, warehouse staff, and administrators. Client portal users are completely separate and do not count toward your user limit.

Semi-annual plans are billed every 6 months (twice per year) paid in advance. The Starter plan can be paid monthly. Mid-Size, Small Business, and Enterprise are billed semi-annually — paying for 6 months at a time gives you a lower effective monthly rate.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time as your team scales. We'll prorate the difference for the remaining period. Downgrading follows the end of your current billing cycle.

All plans include onboarding assistance. Small Business plans include dedicated onboarding support. Mid-Size and Enterprise include custom training sessions tailored to your team's workflows. We want you live and productive as fast as possible.
